Last week I posted for suggestions for Tuesday night meals because I need to leave well before dinner time to get to class, thus forcing me to eat during class. So, today, I went out and bought a thermos (which turned out to be broken and needs to be returned) and a food holder, which is like a thermos but for solids (or semi solids). And here's a picture of dinner:

In the Coca-Cola travel mug (substituting for the thermos) is Pacific Natural Foods' Butter Sweet Corn Soup, the best corn soup that isn't homemade, in my opinion.
Everything else is for the quinoa.
Boil two cups of chicken broth. Add a pinch of herbes de provence, paprika, thyme, a dash of garlic salt, and some chili power. When boiling, add one cup quinoa. Chop five sundried tomatoes and some fresh green pepper. Add. Simmer until the water is absorbed, periodically adding chili powder and garlic salt to taste. Serve hot.
The spices in the chili powder should be a nice compliment to the sweet corn soup (I hope) and the smells are not overwhelming (and they're both fairly simple to eat).
