Would anyone want a vegan jambalaya recipe?


No, I've not gone vegan. We're just out of chicken and I didn't feel like driving all the way to the store.

As long as the sodium levels are reasonable, sure. (My husband loves jambalaya but he'll have to adjust his diet once the hospital releases him. Which means finding new ways to fix much-loved meals.)
