3 cups flour
1 cup lactose-free milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2.5 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup olive oil
handful of grated fresh ginger
three splashes rosewater
Mix eggs, milk, sugar, ginger, rosewater, and oil.
Mix baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
Add flour to other mixture.
Baking for 15 minutes at 350 degrees (F).
I made these because I've been sick for the past two days and wanted something with ginger for my stomach and while we had gingersnaps, those don't exactly help the stomach. I'm not sure these have helped, but they certainly haven't bothered my stomach (which is more than I can say for the smell of coffee). The rosewater keeps the ginger from getting too overpowering. (I can usually find rosewater in the health food store or in the international/natural food sections of the grocery store.)
Also, does anyone actually care about the recipes I post?

I'd love an icon or a layout pic of the Impala going somewhere, maybe to replace the "freedom" pic I have (for this layout I need a 200x200 pic). I'd love to check out that list.
I such at graphics, but I do enjoy making both fanmixes and fanfic (if you're interested in what I've written, you can check out my tag "fic"). I actually started writing you a happy fic and then it turned into this odd American Gods crossover. What sort of thing would you like?

If you felt like making an SPN-themed icon to hang out on my layout, I wouldn't say no. The quote that goes with it is, "Wherever we want to go, we'll go. That's what a ship is, you know. It's not just a keel and a hull and a deck and sails, that's what a ship needs but what a ship is... what the Black Pearl really is... is freedom," from PotC by Jack Sparrow.
If you didn't feel like it, that's great, too. I love my new layout pic!
