If I seem pissy today, I have my reasons.

Any suggestions for destressing and making myself less angry (that do not involve mohair blends or a giant-as-fuck-now lace shawl, neither of which are particularly well known for their stress relieving qualities)?

Also, people. Buck up. Next time, I'll punch you.

Maybe I'll go punch Freud. He deserves it. He wanted to fuck his mom.

If possible, get yourselt to a sauna. (I was able to sufficiently steam up my (incredibly small airplane-sized) bathroom by turning the shower on as hot as it'd go.) As über girly as it sounds, I find face mudmasks are soothing too - you can get them from places like LUSH or the drugstore, as long as they aren't the peel-off ones >_< ouch! Or one of those cool gel-filled eyemasks (or cool cucumber slices) + lying down + calming music.

Bribe/borrow/steal someone to give you a long back massage.

Crack open a book you've really wanted to read but have put off in lieu of other responsibilities. Or look up and read some hot NC-17 fanfic of your favorite ship for a few hours.

Watch a chick flick with your favorite movie food. I'm a fan of ridicuously buttered popcorn.

All that failing, there's screaming/swearing into a pillow. If you can get to the woods it's nice to grab a stick and try beating the tar out of the trees.
