So, I'm sort of ecstatically happy over this episode, even if Gabriel died.

1. KALI. I love Kali. I mean... we have a powerful, sensible woman of colorful in a leadership position in a war - and really, it's the love of her that pulls Gabriel onto Team Freewill. I also love that she's deeply sexual and she's powerful in that. It didn't seem to be trying to make her... sexual in a bad way. She owned the sex in that hotel.

2. Sam making the comments on the level of hotel they were in, etc. I do this when I watch (I work in the travel industry) and it made me happy to realize that Show knows they aren't making crappy motel rooms.

3. AMERICAN GODS EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. MY FAVORITE BOOK IN THE WORLD. IT WAS REALLY AWESOME TO SEE AND I LOVE IT AND I WANT TO SEE KALI AGAIN.

4. TEAM FREE WILL AND KAAAAAAALI

Oh my god, guys, Kali seriously made my entire life gracing my screen today. ALSO I JUST LOOKED HER UP BECAUSE SHE WAS FAMILIAR AND SHE WAS TOTALLY IN THE CORE GUYS KALI WAS IN THE CORE
