halloumi
green beans
dried figs
rye crackers

Chop green beans into 1 inch sections. Chop halloumi into similarly sized pieces. Set aside.

Dice dried figs and arrange on crackers.

Toss beans and cheese into a pan and grill until aromatic. Arrange on crackers.

Eat.

This is amazingly delicious. The sweetness of the figs off sets the saltiness of the halloumi and the fresh crunch of the green beans is amazing. I can only say this: OM NOM NOM NOM.
