Italian seasonings or herbes de provence
Chop onion finely. Really finely. Go over it again. Put in bowl with ground beef. Drizzle some olive oil over it. Shake in some spices, but don't mix "Italian seasonings" and herbes de provence. Take your hands (yes, raw meat all over your hands) and mix thoroughly. Take baking sheets and coat with a thin layer of olive oil. Use a spoon or your hands to scoop small, round meatballs onto the baking sheet. Bake at 300 - 325 degrees (F) for 20 minutes.
...Also, now my mother likes Supernatural, thinks Sam is cute, and has informed me, summarily, that God, being a loving God, would have mercy on Dean's soul? What? I've stepped into Bizzaro World again.
