there is almond cheeze, but it doesn't melt and some brands of it have casein which is a milk derivative. if you want a sort of melted-nacho-cheese style there are recipes to make that sort of thing with nut(ritional) yeast. i have also seen nut yeast block cheeze.

i am vegan so i search for that kind of stuff too and i know ive come across plenty of non soy cheeze before. i would just search google with "vegan cheese alternatives" and then browse through those for non soy stuff.
