Thank God I am not the only one who is skeptical about this. In general, I am not a huge fan of the Angel storyline, and while I like Castiel, I only want to see him in small doses. I'm not interested in him as a character. I'm interested in how he affects Sam and Dean. And that's it! Nothing more. I feel like the angels have sort of taken over the mytharc and eclipsed Sam and Dean - we're not watching their battle against the apocalypse, we're now watching the Angels. And really? That's a totally different story. I don't see how any of this will get better for a viewer like me if they make Castiel a regular.
