The Myth of the Open Road

I tend to agree with you. I love the expanded world on S4 and the inclusion of angels and demons more, but I do miss the S1 and S2 "Sam-and-Dean against the world of evil" thing quite a bit. I tend to get a bit nostalgic when I think back on the earlier episodes and how Sam was just Sammy and Dean was his big brother. They don't really feel like the same characters anymore. But I guess when you go through what Sam and Dean have gone through in the lat four years, you change.
