Socks and Holidays

I have a thousand and one things that I *should* be doing today. Instead (or should I say, in addition) I am teaching myself how to knit socks using the magic loop method. I'm having a bit of a ladder issue, but that should be easily solvable. When the first sock is done, I shall post.

In news more interesting to you, I am getting ready for the holidays. I don't really celebrate holidays, except for the Great Turkey Day and the Great Tree Day and First Night, but I do love to send out holiday cards. So, those who would like holiday cards can leave their names and addresses here (comments are screened) and I will send you a card. Even if you think I already have your address/am already going to send you a card, please leave it anyway. It makes my life easier.

(Also, this morning was the first snow of the year. What the hell?)
